One of the key mandates of local government is to actively drive democratic participation; co-creating cities with a range of non-government actors. Despite policy, other actors, particularly vulnerable groups, are often left out of decision-making processes. This stream of work explores practical ways of filtering often excluded voices into the system, so that the necessary changes in practice can take place.
